Dr. Earle L. Wilson, Chairman, General Superintendent of North American General Conference of The Wesleyan Church, (1984-present) previously served as a local church pastor, and later as professor and then president of United Wesleyan College, Allentown, PA. Married with three children, he serves as a trustee for Asbury Theological Seminary, as vice president and denominational representative for the World Methodist Council, as a member of the Theological Commission of the National Association of Evangelicals, and has held offices in the Christian Holiness Association.
Rev. Carlston Christie, Vice-Chair, General Superintendent of the General Conference of the Wesleyan Holiness Church in the Caribbean, lives in St. John’s, Antigua, where General Church offices are now located. Married with four children, he previously served in Barbados as a pastor and as president of Caribbean Wesleyan and in the U.S. Virgin Islands as pastor, district superintendent, and adjunct professor of English Language at the University of the Virgin Islands.
Rev. Oswen (Jack) Cameron, Secretary, Pastor, National Wesleyan Church in Hyattsville, Maryland, previously served as pastor and district superintendent in Guyana, pioneering three weekly television programs with a viewing audience of over 500,000. Dr. Cameron has completed a Master’s Degree in Leadership and a PhD in Christian Counseling and Ministry. He is married to Roxanne and has four children, three girls and one boy.
Dr. Thomas E. Armiger, General Superintendent of the North American General Conference of The Wesleyan Church, previously served as youth pastor, senior pastor, Director and General Director of Student Ministries, and district superintendent. Married with three children, he is a member of the OWU Board of Trustees and the Christian Holiness Partnership.
Rev. Alberto Patacsil, General Superintendent of The Wesleyan Church of the Philippines, is married to Sayoko Takaoka with two children, Faith Yoriko and Albert Kenji. He previously served as church planter, pastor, district superintendent and national Church Growth Director.
Dr. Jerry G. Pence, one of three General Superintendents for the North American General Conference of The Wesleyan Church, previously served as pastor, denominational Director of Church Growth, district superintendent, and General Director of Evangelism and Church Growth. Married with two children, he is passionate about healthy church multiplication, compassionate evangelism, and intercultural outreach.
Rev. Cedric Rodrigo, together with his wife Sharlini, pioneered and founded the Evangelical Wesleyan Church in Sri Lanka. A study on the “Life and Thought of John Wesley” motivated him to become a Wesleyan and pioneer a Wesleyan denomination in Sri Lanka. Currently he serves as senior pastor of the main church in Colombo, a church that is training and sending out leaders into the local mission field.
Rev. Katei Kirby, CEO for the African and Caribbean Evangelical Alliance in Britain, heads up the leadership team of the vibrant, family-oriented congregation in Greenwich, London, and sits on the boards of Centre for Youthwork and Ministry, Premier Christian Media Group, and Share Jesus International. An ordained minister in the Wesleyan Holiness Church, her passion is to see and be part of the kind of community cohesion that Jesus prayed for in John 17.
Rev. Stanley Baker, National Superintendent, The Wesleyan Methodist Church, Australia, also pastors the Caboolture local church. He began ministry as a home missionary and pastor and after ordination, served as district superintendent of the South Queensland District until his election as national superintendent in 1997.
Mr. Fred Orawi, Regional Manager for Missionary Aviation Fellowship, lives in Mt. Hagen, Papua New Guinea. He currently serves as a lay representative on the national board and ordination committee, treasurer of his local church, and treasurer for Wesleyan Church Health Services. He is married with three sons.
Mrs. Eunice George, Corporate Account Manager at Cable and Wireless in St. Kitts-Nevis, serves as a lay preacher, district secretary, lay representative and Executive Board member of the Caribbean General Board. Married to Reginald with two children, she previously worked for many years as a Business Studies high school teacher.
Dr. Jo Anne Lyon, Executive Director and Founder of World Hope International, a faith-based relief and development organization alleviating suffering and injustice around the world through education, enterprise and community health, is married with four children. A licensed professional counselor and an ordained minister in The Wesleyan Church, she previously served for thirty years administering urban and rural human service programs.
Rev. J. Y. Konteh, National Superintendent of The Wesleyan Church of Sierra Leone, is married to Adama J. Konteh. They have four children, three girls and a boy.

Mr. Andrey Davedianov, Professor, Vladimir State University, leads the student ministry at the Vladimir Wesleyan Church in Vladimir, Russia. He is married with two children.

Dr. Donald L. Bray, Treasurer, General Director of Global Partners, previously served as a missionary, district superintendent, and pastor. Married with an extended family of six children, he serves on the Boards of World Hope International, Indiana Wesleyan University, and World Relief.
Rev. John R. Guillermo, General Director of Education Institutions and Sunday School of the Wesleyan Church of the Phillippines, is involved in the developing and equipping of existing and emerging leaders. He and his wife Belen have two sons, Jay Zion and Jason.
Rev. Dr. Oldain Charles, Assistant General Superintendent/General Secretary of Ministry of the General Conference of the Wesleyan Holiness Church in the Caribbean, lives in St. Kitts. He has been pastoring for 30 years and presently serves as District Superintendent of the St. Kitts District (St. Kitts, Nevis, Saba, Anguilla). He is married to Joyce Glendene Charles, nee Lythcott of Barbados. They have one son Terry who lives in Barbados.
Mr. Wellington Kollie, member of the District Board of the Liberian Wesleyan Church, is presently pursuing a degree in Business Administration. He previously worked as a technician in the radio broadcast field before joining an NGO as administrator and, later, program manager.
Mr. Jose Blas, a lay pastor in Trujillo, Peru, is married to Esther and has five daughters who are all involved in the church. He has served in various areas of national church ministry since his conversion at the age of 18. While studying engineering at San Marcos University, God gave him a vision named “Proyecto Antioquiia,” which is a missionary project for Peru.

Dr. Charles L. Joiner, vice president of Strategic Development, American Behavioral Benefits Managers Inc., serves as chairman of the Board of Trustees at Southern Wesleyan University. Dean Emeritus of the School of Health Related Professionals and of the University of Alabama at Birmingham, he and his wife Gloria have four daughters: Amy Splawn, Rebecca McCracken, Laura, and Ashley.

Rev. Natanael Bonne-Annee, National superintendent of The Wesleyan Church of Haiti, serves as president of the Evangelical Pastors Association of his community. He has served The Wesleyan Church in many capacities: Sunday school teacher, Sunday school secretary, local youth secretary, local youth president, district youth president, district superintendent, Bible school assistant administrator, Bible school administrator, and assistant national superintendent. Four years of law school have enabled him to assist church members with legal problems.
